The Green House - Oceanside

Love that Oceanside is getting more vegan options. Close to CamPen for quick vegan lunch...but better to call ahead if in a rush, especially of it is busy. But food is worth it. Updated from previous review on 2021-12-07

This is my second time here and from the food, to the music, staff and overall vibes it does not disappoint! Highly recommend.

Great and welcoming staff but the sandwich I ordered was pretty bad. The sourdough bread was very old and dry and the fillings were just plain, dry and flavorless. Unfortunately, for the price I would’ve expected a somewhat better specialty sandwich.

The turkey sandwich was really good. this is not a boring sandwich shop. it didn't have the fake meat or cheese taste. it was very tasteful. my peskatarian man has the Philly cheese and my meat-eating son has the meatball. both enjoyed their sandwiches.
