Mcdonald's - Oconomowoc

Getting way too expensive to eat at McDonald's, used to be able to feed a family in a pinch with it now what I could feed a family with is just a normal meal.

Curbside service from app using deals.... convenient and great value.

Terrible customer service. I had to come back here after my order was made incorrectly. When I got to the window the man (Apparently a manager) who made the sandwich came and asked to see it. He then proceeded to pick through it bare-handed with a bite taken out of it. He told me I was lying about my sandwich having onions (It had onions) while ignoring the fact that it was a single rather than the double I ordered. I also asked for new fries as some of them were for my daughter and they'd now be cold. He told me that he could not give me a new fry because I had eaten half of them already. He came back with a new sandwich, no fry, and a bad attitude. I called and asked for a refund on my order as I was not going to eat this because I did not trust the person who made it. They told me I would have to come back with my card, for a 3RD TIME. To receive a PARTIAL refund for an order I ate less than 50% of.

Don't order the steak bagel in Oconomowoc! The bagel must have been from six months ago or something, I couldn't even bite into it. Was just able to eat the fillings of the sandwich and not the bagel. Won't make that mistake again.

Management has been replaced and after remodeling, the overall look is very sleek and uncluttered. This location is completely set up for the newer ways of ordering online and kiosk.
