Carlas Cafe - Oerebro

While traveling around Öland, we were starving and worried about finding vegan food. Fortunately, we stumbled upon a small restaurant just a few kilometers away. Despite it being early in the season and no vegan option on the menu, the owner kindly offered to make us a plate of bulgur and vegetables. To our surprise, the dish was incredibly delicious. It was a yummie experience that exceeded our expectations.

This restaurant offers three vegan options, and their palets and sandwiches are delicious. The garden area is very pleasant and peaceful.

The vegan menu at this restaurant changes daily, but on our visit we enjoyed carrot fritters, noodle salad, and a sandwich with vegan filling. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was charming. The restaurant is open every day until 7:00 pm.

The staff was friendly and accommodating when we inquired about vegan options! However, the sandwich was a bit dry, so I will opt for the salad next time.
