The food is incredible. Service is amazing. Everyone is very friendly. If you are wanting to try something new this is the place to come. I just order something random off of the menu and it's amazing everytime. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Lady on the phone talked it up, food was so bad. I got emperors chick, chicken was somehow dried on inside and incredibly soggy on out, went to the crab rangoons they were horrid, my wife's general tsos chicken was a pile of soggy sugary mess. It was during lunch rush so there's no excuse, just no effort went into it. I live close to here so it's a shame. The only saving grace was the chicken fried rice was edible. Also on a side note they used the cheapest Togo containers, so a lot of the sauce spilled in the bag. My son eats white rice at least 3 times a week and he couldn't even eat that, kept saying it was sour. And the icing on the cake was it cost over $70 for two plates, crab Rangoon and an order of fried rice, a little outrageous if you ask me!!
Initially the location is a bit off putting but once inside, not bad. Seating is okay but could use some cushion on the booths. Dumplings are to die for and the pho absolutely fantastic.
