Burger King - O'Fallon

They make it the way you want just like there saying. Always fast. Friendly well most times. There is one old lady. I much prefer not to be there. I was short some cash. Had ran on card with was locked in. Getting her to take a few things off well she made sure to imbarres me to the bone. Instead of understand. And helping out. That I had a few kids I was feeding. I didn't go back for a while. But I had returned. I am hoping this is the right one. We have 2 real close. This one is off k. Close to 370... Other then that. No problem

Over here on a road. Mask signs and socially distant table signs, but not enforced. My family stopped and a family came while we eat. They went in without masks and sat at a table that was labeled unoccupiable because of Kovid. They have absolutely no respect for the health of people around them, and the workers saw them, but not enforced this policy. I hope I don't get a Kovid from the food here.

I just have my food, a chopper with cheese and an original chicken sandwich. I had no cheese and 8 onions. I just came from work and did not want breakfast I felt that she did this for purpose

Food was hot and well prepared. Staff was a little rude and they got one of our orders wrong. The drive-thru also joins to another road, so watch out for oncoming vehicles.

Desiree is the worst employee there she fraudulently ran my credit card for $15 after promising to void the transaction. They refuse to answer the phone and now the police have gotten involved. This store will steal your credit card info so beware! The lady at the drive thru named Desiree was the one who fraudulently used my card and is still working there. Pretty sad if you ask me workers so broke they are stealing customers credit card information.
