Dunkin' - O'Fallon

I'm genuinely impressed! This used to be one of the slower restaurants in the area, but it seems to have improved significantly over the past few months. The staff is very friendly, and the coffee has been fantastic.

The staff was quick and efficient. The donuts and avocado toast were outstanding. The iced frozen coffee drink was delightful.

If you have plenty of time to spare and enjoy frozen donuts rather than fresh ones, this place might be for you. The only thing they prepare on-site is applying icing to thawed donuts that have been shipped in. All the food items are microwaved—if you're lucky! My croissant sandwich was cold in the middle, where the meat and cheese were, but scorching hot on the outside. The bagel bites were similar in temperature. The staff were young and playful, but the restaurant itself could use some tidying up. There seemed to be too many employees more focused on having fun rather than cleaning. They could start by wiping down the glass on the entry doors.

I've been a regular at this location for a few months, and the staff was always so friendly and remembered my order. However, a couple of days ago, they fired all their employees and replaced them with new faces. This Dunkin' will never be the same, and I can't see myself coming back.

A friend recommended I try their iced coffee, and they were absolutely right! It was pure heaven! I added cake batter sweetener and whole milk, and I’m in love! I also ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel, which was just okay—pretty bland in flavor. But I will definitely return for more of that amazing iced coffee!
