Subway - O'Fallon

Cold cut combo, the cheapest sub on the menu, is now $9.19 for a 12 . This sub used to be $5 a few years ago. I do not get paid 80% more than what I did when this was an affordable lunch so why should I be expected to pay 80% more than what it's actually worth? Walked in at 12:30 on a Tuesday desperate for a fast lunch and the place was completely empty. I laughed at the menu and left. Seriously, go out of business already.

I ordered from Uber Eats expecting a veggie patty, but received a veggie sub without the patty. The sandwich was cold and not toasted. It would have been better if the restaurant had called to inform me about the change in my order or at least reached out. The food was also missing sauces or dressings and was served cold.

The staff working in the evening are fantastic! I adore Subway!

I have visited this restaurant three times this year. It is the only sub shop that is currently facing a shortage of brown mustard. I returned again after four months, only to discover that Subway has discontinued brown mustard. Additionally, the meat slices are very thin. It seems that it is time to find a new place to eat. Subway should strive to improve their quality.

Came in to try to order a couple sandwiches. Only employee I have seen in 5 minutes is asleep in the back.
