Taco Time - Ogden

We spent a little over 48 min in the drive through. I tried so hard to give the benefit of the doubt because I have worked fast food before and I know what it can be like. But when I arrived at the window there was 5 individuals all in a circle talking and laughing and Two where on their phones looked like one individual working passing in and out of view. It also took a while for someone from the circle to come to the window to take my money. I was trapped in a drive through and I couldn't drive away and service really was not good. Spent $25.00 and they didn't put any taco sauce or ketchup in the bag, unfortunately I had neither at home. I rated taste low because of no sauces. This place has the nicest staff! They make jokes, are really friendly to each other and are willing to work on special requests. I can tell that they know how to make customers happy. Literally the SLOWEST fast food location in Ogden. It’s a joke. You sit forever in the drive through and then sometimes don’t even get what you ordered. I was even charged twice once. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Bought a super soft taco, pinto bean and cheese burrito and 2 filled mexi fries. The checkout was super friendly. It was about 19:30 on Saturday, not too busy. It didn't take long to get our order. The food was hot and good. She gave us a lot of taco sauce.
