Mcdonald's - Okeechobee

Terrible service and eating was bad looking. we waited 13 minutes for our orders, which was my fault, and then I had to wait longer. the young lady who was from there on her day decided to help me and others to get their orders. it even has orders outside the online order customer. I didn't get her names yet, she was polite and friendly for all the customers she supported. I will never go back in person if I am not desperate.

We were sick three days after eating. was the one and only meal after work.

Was here and ordered on the app and the waited and waited they found the soda machine not working. then had to wait 10 minutes to find out what they were doing for the refund. I used the pickup of orders that have long been waiting. this place will not run well and I can not recommend that they have terrible management here. do not know why mcdonald’s does not make spot checks and see how bad the service is here.

The service has really gone down. The old lady up front used to be so sweet and now she is rude and grumpy. She isn't the onoy employee that's rude either. They normally never get your order right. They aren't patient with you when you use your McDonald's app(which is so slow because the wifi is so slow). This used to be the best McDonald's in town but it's definitely not anymore.

Terrible service. they are so Rude here and there Frappe machine NEVER works!!!!
