Grand Central Bar & Grill - Okotoks

It was once very welcoming and familiar, like the TV show "Cheers". However, with the new staff, that personalized touch has disappeared. The service is lacking and the friendly staff has moved on. Now, you're just another customer, not someone they value. It's disappointing that things have changed, it used to be my go-to spot.

Dinner for me. Daily Specials $13. Good atmosphere, happy staff. Leave and easy to go. Many parking spaces.

Good place for a quick bite. Had the nachos and they were very good. Super friendly service. Pool table and a beautiful bar.

I recently started coming here more often. I started going to physics as it's right next door. I never had bad food there. The prices are really decent, and the servers are fantastic. The music is.ok.lol but I'm a rocker girl in my heart so hard to find a place that plays the music I really like. It would be great fun if they had an open microphone night or theme nights a month, maybe for get-togethers or dance etc.... Just a thought...Wednesdays seem to be the best music day. The place has never been too busy where you have to scream to talk to the people you are with, and there is always somewhere to sit. Other than that, they have pool tables (never played, and some VLT machines (gonna try tonight). I would recommend this place: Madi is also my favorite server!!!

The taco salad was good. The wings had too many feathers still attached. Service was very good. They have very good lasagna, which is hard to find. I like this place.
