Taco Bell - Olathe

The service was super! patricia and her whole team woke up for us. the cheese on my quesadilla was not melted as much as I needed personally. unfortunately I am a picky texture person. they have not even hesitated to make me a new one and it was perfect! very appreciate the cleanliness of the restaurants and the toilet as well. it was obvious that this crew took care of her job. I appreciate it with employees and I hope whoever manages this taco bell.

Nice and clean, busy but didn't wait too long for food. Food was hot and prepared as requested. Friendly staff.

Food is always made fresh and fast with good portions and look like what the menu actually shows, friendly staff, top quality service.

We go through the drive through at this location frequently, but had not been inside in a few years. The entire dine in experience was so amazing! The updated interior looks so good and has such a comfortable feel.We were greeted by Keagan who took our order. He was friendly, engaging and was far more personable than you would expect at a fast food restaurant.We spent some time talking to Aaron. We wanted him to know that our daughter works nearby in food service and after a long day of often unhappy customers, she regularly drops in to Taco Bell to grab something before heading home. Aaron is always cheerful and kind and she has frequently commented to us that he totally turned things around for her after a hard day.We interacted with one other employee during our visit, Alexander. He was also extremely warm and friendly.On top of all of this, the food was delivered super fast and was not skimpy. It was hot and delicious and the entire order (with special requests) was just as ordered.This Taco Bell defies the fast food experience stereotype. Frankly it beats the experience we've had at any other Taco Bell and do so consistently. I hope the management, the owners, and even Taco Bell corporate recognizes what a valuable team they have at the Olathe Taco Bell!

This is the most consistent Taco Bell I have ever been to. Store is always clean inside and out. Employees are friendly, helpful and patient. I can go the the one 6 minutes from my house, but I always choose to drive 17 minutes to go to this one.
