I ordered two foot-long subs and a power bowl, but I received one foot-long sub, a six-inch sub, and the power bowl was the usual size. Unfortunately, I didn't realize the mistake until I got home. I tried calling the store, but no one answered after 20+ rings. I'm disappointed to be missing half of my foot-long sub.
I bought only a subway but the guy charged me for a meal. He gave me a receipt and told me to pay at the cashier. I was holding just a subway all the time but neither of them said anything. I noticed how much I paid only after I left the store.
I use the mobile app to place my orders, they are always ready on time and each order has been accurate. They are accommodating to correct any errors with the order if the error on your order is an error on their part. I love the new signature menu options to choose from.
Close to work for me. The place is nice and clean and the service is quick and pleasant.
