Avaliação da contribuiçãoWas a customer here since moving to Olney in 2010. Got a service dog and now I am not allowed to eat there per the manager. Reached out to the owners twice about them breaking the law, got no response. After almost 15 years, they lost a customer who came at least once a week for carry out or happy hour. Bye. 2nd restaurant in Olney that has to be shut down for not following the law and for discrimination against the disabled. Hope you go out of business soon. Kid-friendliness: Not at all. Was once, but now it's just a shhh show. Wheelchair accessibility: No service animals allowed or you will be kicked out in front of patrons.
Food is just okay . But $20+ for a dish with just pasta and sauce, I can find better choice elsewhere. Service is probabaly the wrost that I have ever received. My server forgot about my orders and did not serve us the side salad which comes with the meal.Never will return and recommend.
My favorite thing about my experience at Mama Lucia was the bread and oil.Ordered a large pizza, half margarita and half hawaiian. The bread on the pizza was extremely thick, not enjoyable for me. Server was waiting tables at the other end of the restaurant so it was a challenge to get refills or ask for anything. This was not a great experience and food was mediocre. The reataurant was dimly lit, smelled a little funny, didn’t look too clean. I don’t think I’d give it a second chance.
It's a nice little pizza shop for friends and family. The pizza isn't 100% NYC-style, but coming up from Raleigh, NC to visit peeps, it was close enough to enjoy a near real deal experience with a thin crispy crust, excellent mix of cheese, and a tangy sauce. The gluten free pizza order by one of our party was soupy, but tasty. Both lies needed another 60 seconds in the oven. Nice staff, just busy to the point I didn't get a needed drink refill. Still, I'd go back, and recommend it for a casual night out where catching up on conversation with old friends is on the menu.
Love this spot. I go once a week. The staff is always friendly and knows me by name! Highly
