Les Instants Gourmands

We stayed in this town on our way through France and went to this restaurant as it was the only place that looked like a decent restaurant, how wrong were we. This has to go down as the poorest meal I have ever had. The starters were just ok but the main course was terrible, we both had steak which was inedible and only fit to feed to our dog. I can not believe the other reviews for this restaurant maybe a change of hands or a new chef but don't waste your money here.

Was looking through and found the reviews of this restaurant and visited the second night we were in the area on holiday. So pleased we did. We sat outside (which is not the quietest place as on main junction in Oloron) and was a pleasant set up. The owner was really friendly, when we sat down only one other table full, soon after was very full indeed! Warning this place may not be open every night I think we went end of season and found it shut after the first week for more nights than open! the Menu was €20 a head and was really tasty food, beautifully presented and cooked well.

Nous nous sommes arrêtés dans ce restaurant pour déjeuner ma femme et moi, et nous avons pu découvrir ce bel endroit. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et servis. Les entrées, plats et desserts étaient très goûteux et vraiment bien présentés. Petit restaurant à ne pas manquer !

Je recommande ce restaurant:cuisine excellente(gambas ,foie gras,entrecote,steak tartare et dessert maison).le cadre agreable et l'accueil tres chaleureux! que du positif!

Nous avons déjeuné lors d'un passage rapide à Oloron et n'avons pas été déçus car l'accueil fut très cordial et avons été servis assez rapidement. La nourriture est bonne et semble être fraîche. Le service est assuré de façon aimable et il n'y a pas de temps mort malgré l'affluence. À recommander.
