El Bou Bru - Olot

Vegan and vegetarian options are clearly marked, but it mainly serves meat, lots of meat and has pictures of cattle hanging on the walls (the name of the restaurant means the brown bull). I tried to order the soy-based burger, but they ran out of it, then the lenses burguer, but they had only one left, and we were two of us who wanted it, so we had to share a lentils burguer and a spinach burguer with no protein in it. They tasted good, and you can choose the type of bread for the burger, which I appreciate. Local especialitzat en hamburgueses i cuina rapida. Fan unes combinacions interessants, tant en la propia hamburguesa, els ingredientes, el pa i els acompanyaments. Situat en una zona d'Olota amb molta oferta culinaria i reformada recentment. El.laboració propia de tots els productes. Servei molt atent i proper. Una selecció de cerveses diferent i original. Relació qualitat-preu correcta. Després d'uns quants anys, hem repetit aquest 2022 i podem dir que continuen oferint bon producte i bon servei. I la carta de cerveses per anar provant cada vegada una diferente.

Hamburgueses i tapes molt hueso molt. Feien tan bona pinta que no ens va donar temps a fer la foto abans de menjar-nos-ho!

Hamburgueses boníssimes! Pots escollir si vols hamburguesa de 160g o de 250g, cosa que s'agraeix per no atipar-se més del compte! Realment la carn de bou està molt bona! El servei molt bo, les noies molt amables i informades de tot el que s'ofereix a la carta! Ho recomanarem!
