Infernos Brick Oven Pizza - Olympia

The beer selection is fantastic. There are some on tap that I never tried and it was refreshing to see and taste. The pizza was piles high with blows and not disappointed. The crust was great, not over. The waiter was super friendly and everyone had a smile on the face. Will recommend this place to all my friends.

We sat here with a buddy to see football and have a dinner at the bar. First, let me say the waitress was waaay over worked..l counted 26 people who waited for dinner drinks, and ran the bar!! I couldn't get her a smile, she was just rushed with all the orders. We were here for two hours, I couldn't believe she didn't have the right help. Order of appetizer wing.8 for $10. The smallest wings I've ever seen. Cornish Game Hen Wing? Didn't want to order them again. Bummer. Got the chorizo afteros.tasty, enough for 2-3 for appetizer. We both ordered the Mahler sandwich with a salad. Honestly, a good roasted sandwich with numerous meats great taste..salad was well dimensioned, and the basalmic dressing was brilliant (dunk your sammy in it! . I will order this again. Lived night, but next to the midget wings, a good dinner with cold drinks tv 's. More help! Update..l spoke to a manager when I went back 4 days later. I told her my experience without judgment or guilt. She knew about the night I was there without even saying it! People didn't show up for work, they were very short, they were looking for help out there. Apparently, they just can't get people to work. Sad to see in our society today. I'll take my breath back.

It costs too much. Over $30 for a 16 pizza. It tastes good. Taste and texture are good. Let me separate the toughness from the texture. It was hard crust. It was work to chew and my muscles were tired. It warms up well. About the same experience as the day I brought him home. I didn't cool it. I put it in the freezer for a few days. Heat it in the oven at 350 with small disposable aluminum pan of hot water.

The service was amazing, the chefs were fun and made some enormous food and the atmosphere overall was jovial. Did not wait long for drinks, food was fast, staff was cohesive and worked well together. The place has been very far away from what many other restaurants have turned into Post Covid since our last visit (preparatory). great experience.

Stopped In for a couple and a pizza. Was ok. Simply commercial. Nice and friendly staff. Very clean. Sat at the tiny bar . Just a simple in and out. May stop back by. If in the area.
