Little Caesars Pizza - Oneida

From everything on the menu, crazy bread is still my favorite. But hey, if you're on a budget or have to fill out the hungry teenage boys at home, that's the place for you.

Business is rough, the employees are literally disusting.. The guy who works the front counter has open shots over his arms. Staff all have a bad attitude. I ordered a pepperoni and Italian sausage pizza, I came back 20 minutes later. The girl on the front took a solid 5 minutes looked around then brings a sausage pizza that is not what I ordered during the discovery of this I told her about her and told her I needed the pizza I ordered. She said that 's all we got, I'm sorry that the guy who works the front only works here for 2 weeks, so he's making it wrong obviously that's not my problem, but why would you try the pizza as the right one if you knew it was wrong?. So I left the pizza on the counter and she said she would make the pizza right. I came back about 15 minutes later and the pizza had gone out of the counter and I was accused of taking it with me, which never happened. It's the wrong pizza, why should I take it? Then she says you took the pizza so there's nothing we can do. Never get the pizza, they probably ate them themselves and tried to cheat me out of my 14 dollars. Had to ask the manager to get a refund and I never have my pizza. The worst customer experience. Would recommend firing all employees in the store that they look high.

I order some pizza from these little caesars every week, I can't say enough how good they are. All pizzas are punctual and never wrong. Staff work hard, smile and take care of their customers. Are you holding up the good work?

Very friendly customer service. The food was hot and ready to go.lol It was honestly some of the best Little Caesars I've had. The cheesey bread was amazing. If your looking for pizza fast this is a great option.
