Avaliação da contribuiçãoI ordered online so I can pick it up on my way to work. The employee said she didn't have my order. Asked if it was for the door. I said no. Then she asked if my phone call asked for the address I ordered from. I showed her the confirmation. She wanted me to give her my phone. I didn't say anything. She said it wasn't going through yet. Another man picked up his order. She gave him his order, and suddenly mine appeared. It was already melted. Not the best service! I usually order 3-4 times a week. Considering the search for a new location.
I love juice and I usually order a pineapple punch from there. It used to be on the menu, but they took it a year or so. Although it is no longer on the menu, I can order this article without problems and the workers immediately know how to make it. But at this point the worker told me that they didn't have it there and didn't know how to make it. If you work on a smoothie/drink place, you need to know how to make items that are no longer on the menu. It is one of the main parts of work and should be common knowledge. As someone comes from in the food industry, this situation and the way the cashier treated it is completely unprofessional.
The PB Moca Brew smoothie was delicious, but my experience in this Ontario site was terrible. The staff were very rude, which made my visit very unpleasant. I won't spend my money back here.
Staff were very rude. It happened a lot. Also very slow make smoothie and bowls.
Went in today at 8:30 with my daughter and I didn?t feel like our order was a priority at all. We stood ready to order as we watched her make a few drinks, pause to sign a delivery order and point out a gentlemen?s door dash order. Stood waiting for about 10 minutes, A little acknowledgement would have kept us there.
