Coffee was like melted lava it was so hot that was good because I am one of those people who must pour their coffee and often heat it. I ordered a croissant with egg and cheese. The croissant was warm and fluffy. The egg was a real egg, no powder or discarded liquid. The cheese was your classic American. I also tried some Munchkins. The original glazed had an off-taste, as perhaps it was old or the fry fat had to be changed. The blueberry cake was divine. I'll be back soon to try the hummus toast.
The Dunkin' in Ooltewah is superior to all others in the surrounding areas at all levels. Quality of food/drinks, friendly staff, fastest service, they are on point in any aspect. I live in Cleveland, but would rather go to this place, even with gas $5/Gal.
Good workers, especially when you consider how difficult it is to get people to work in the fast food industry. They're doing their best and it is appreciated.
Got two machiatto and it was just creamer. Tasted like sugar water. Asked for espresso to be added to both. Only got one fixed, window shut in my face. I left the other on the drive thru window and she took it and threw it away. Bought two drinks, only got one poorly made one.
Imagine walking in with no customers insight, making eye contact with the kid on the headset then proceeding to stand there for a couple minutes with no acknowledgement whatsoever. Not a nod or anything, at one point even going to talk to another employee that also didn't acknowledge us. Avoid this Dunkin and go to the next 1.
