Waffle House - Opelika

This Waffle House always makes me smile! The waitresses are amazing and keep me laughing. The cooks are wonderful! Thank you all for always making my morning!! Shoutout to Nicole Diamond

Refuse to sit my party. 2 of the 4 were there. Said ok we will go ahead and place our order and when the others arrive which they are 3 minutes away. Nope we cant seat you . I said help me understand, we are here ready to be seated , place our order. No not going to seat you. Another party of 2 who didnt look like me were then offered the same booth.

The staff were friendly and did a wonderful job. The restaurant was very clean. I had a waffle, bacon, and hash browns. It was delicious! Thank you!

Awful attitudes. Rude. Went about 8:00am. Used to eat here often when I worked in the area a few years ago, the staff was friendly then.Recommend going to The Flying Biscuit in the shopping center next door. They were very nice. Food was good.

Service was awful. We came in sat down waiting for 3 people. They wouldn't let the remaining party sit at our table. Said it was a busy weekend. Mind you there were two empty tables. So bad business decisions. Would you rather have 5 at one table and have the extra tables to seat other people as they come in? That would be a better business decision. Then we left. With attitude from a worker who didn't even have anything to do with it. Crazy. I can see how things can escalate! However the young woman at the door was very nice and apologetic. Would have scored it a zero
