The Diner - Opotiki

We had a very nice breakfast and coffee this morning. My omelette was a bit too salty in places, but I can’t say I’ve never made the same mistake. Salt can be tricky. Otherwise I was very happy and looking forward to going to the Bridge St Cafe Grill again.

We were really pleasantly surprised at how great the experience here was. Super friendly staff, the coffees and meals came out at lightning speed and it tasted **** delicious! Seriously good food better than a lot of the more expensive stuff we have to stomach in Auckland! Seriously give these guys a go they’re awesome.

I had the waffles with orange curd and plum sorbet. Amazing flavours!!! 11/10!! The chips and aoli were scrumptious! The aoli mmmmm mmmmm!!! Great service too. And nice new comfy chairs

Meal was not bad. Something in it, I didn't particularly like the taste of, don't know what it was. Won't get that particular meal again.

Absolutely fantastic little spot. Staff we lovely, food was great... Very highly recommended.... Make sure you stop, in to experience the great Kiwi service that rarely exists in this day and age. Top effort guys and gals.. Very much appreciated.
