If I ask you for the item on the menu and I have to say it 3 times to hear the wrong item repeated back in broken truncated English I 'm just going to drive off. I don 't have time for this. Don 't try to customize an order. It 's going to be another 5 minutes trying to explain what you want. Don 't order a new menu item. They 've never heard of it, and have no idea what you 're talking about even though it 's literally a 3d addition to the menu. I appreciate the attempted upsell to the combo, but if I say the sandwich only and you ignore me and ask me if I want the combo, you are pretty annoying. I say, I 'd like 2 grilled chicken classic jack wraps. And you come back with classic or spicy how many? It 's just disrespectful. You don 't care, you don 't want my business. I get that it 's fast food, but that 's why you need to be the best. You need to care about excellence, because good GOD I have so many other choices.
I was in the drive thru on this location for the first time as I was just passing thru after driving for over an hour. (Mgr on duty? Faustin at 4:30pm on January 18, 2024 refused to give me an additional condiment with my order unless I pay 75 cents for a BBQ sauce? He said I was entitled for ONLY one?! This is the only location who is thrifty with their condiments unless this location is hurting financially due to the staff 's unfriendliness? I would never go here again nor would I ever recommend it. My sandwich #6 combo was also dry and overcooked. I would like the GM to contact me.Why then would staff ask if I wanted condiments? I even asked for salt which I never received!Employee FAUSTIN needs to be trained on his customer service!
Nothing special same food overly topped with lettuce and condiments, average service same brainless broken english speaking employees asking do you want
Didn't walk inside visited via drive thru only. But the staff was friendly, quick, got everything in our order correct so no issues. I'll be going back some other time.
The are very deaf I asked for something and they couldn’t hear me and I talked louder and still couldn’t hear me very bad because they kept rushing me and I said I was looking at the menu and the person kept saying got ur order and they take a long time I would not recommending to go here they don’t even give eye contact to you as they are always having a not happy face DONT GO TO THERE
