On The Border Mexican Grill Cantina Orange

This place is the best! not only do they have great food, but the staff is super friendly and accommodating. Even the manager are great! can not say enough good things about this restaurant, anyone who works here should raise a bonus or raise. it is rare to find a restaurant with good food and great staff, but this place has it. ?

Honestly I don’t like doing stuff like this, and I hate seeing these same issues on social media…It’s very disturbing and absolutely disgusting. I went to ON THE BORDER in Orange CT, sat at the bar ordered a margarita and birria tacos. I took a few bites of my taco, then my last bite I felt something stab me in my mouth and it was very hard…….I took it out of my mouth and it was a TOOTHPICK. How can something like this happen… how is something like this a mistake?? I was so disgusted, nauseous almost threw up at the bar. The staff was extremely nonchalant about it. All they did was offer me more food that of course I did not want? I will be reporting this company and I will never ever return there again. Thankfully I didn’t swallow it ………….

This place is the WORST ! Their service is terrible they are rude doesn’t care about the customers they only care to make money. I ordered a burrito I did not even touch it because for one it smelled weird for 2 it wasn’t an actual hand held burrito it was like a saucy burrito so I did not eat it ask them if I can have something else they refused to give me a different order and also made me pay for my uneaten dish. I asked for the manager the manager refused to talk to me ! What kind of service is that ?? I wouldn’t recommend this place I love Mexican food but this one is not it !!! I’ve had way better

I had enchiladas she has a fajita salad both very good. The new house made stuffed jalapenos are very good and on the happy hour menu. Everyone was very nice and attentive. I will be back

Nice and clean Restaurant. Peaceful environment.live music, Friendly staff, Amazing bar.I came first time with my love and you guys made my day more memorable ..wonderful place to eat and drinks.
