Longhorn Steakhouse - Orchard Park

My friends got me out for my birthday. The staff was very attentive and friendly. I never complained, but my steak was overdue. The manager came out, addressed the situation, was apologetic and even replaced the steak with what I originally requested! Everything was delicious and I recommend eating here.

I and my wife stopped at noon, she had the chicken parmesan, and I had the pick-up and I'll tell you what. It was amazing. The staff was friendly and very informative the place was very clean. There was no waiting time when we came in. They sat down directly and took our drinks order when we were ready. We will definitely be back

Good place for a steak quality of food was good. The only negative I have was the Hostess was unsafe where is Psittace and if she could sit us, but she quickly followed after something negative and not sure that even otherwise was a pretty good experience or Male Server was on point. My New York stripe was perfect.

My 10-year-old daughter for late dinner. She I Ordnete the children sz Sirloin and asked for it to be seasoned easily since the first she had steak last year, but in SC on a trip it was much over seasoned and the pepper disturbed her. She asked for Medium Center, it was perfect! Nice and delicate, juicy and she gave her salt and pepper to her taste. She was happy. I just ordered the salad with chicken strips because I didn't really want a heavy meal so late. I never had her chicken strips, they're delicious! Our waitress Chelsey was very sweet and accommodating when I had an urgent call after we served food. She gave me all the time when I had to deal with problems and was very sympathetic. We finished our meal and we had a few laughs in between, which was nice. Of course my daughter Dessert wanted, so we shared the melted lava cake, it was so good. We couldn't finish it. I should say we had no waiting time to believe that we were there at 635 on Wednesday 3/2/22 and host was also very nice. We went to Orchard Park, NY.

Food was great. Love coming here. Stephen, our waiter was wonderful. Will definitely be back.
