I'm not a fan of corporate dining, but still love for Red Robin. The burgers are really great and the frits are groundless. The service is generally above average and you cannot go wrong with the milk shakes. Parking is a disaster and the place is usually very busy. Give yourself some time when you go there before the encounter shelf.
The first time I went there, it was pretty busy, but my sister and I didn't have to wait long before I sat. That said when we sat, we ordered root beer boats and impossible burgers with sweet potatoes. The root beer fins had a lot of ice and not enough root beer. So we asked our waiter to take the root beer boat from our bill and he did. Nevertheless, the service was not the best. Our waiter never checked us for our food and so I couldn't ask for some water. Apart from that, my experience in Red Robin was good at that time. Other times I went to Red Robin, I placed my order for pickup. Bringing my food was a smooth process as my food is ready when I get there. I'll say the workers at the front aren't the best since often they've been on their phones or talking to each other.
We stopped for dinner. Only a few minutes had to wait for our table. Our server was helpful and efficient. I had the Grill Brisket Burger! Very delicious and the right amount of hot spices! Could be my new favorite with Red Robin.
Mine and my husband's first time here and it was phenomenal!! We ordered our food and it came out within 5 minutes. Also the service was great. Great place for a quick brunch
