It's sad to say that every single time I go thru your drive-thru, I have to repeat myself, they still can't get the order right. When I call them out on it, to make the correction, I get terrible attitude. I've called corporate in the past about this location I've seen they've done nothing because the same screw-ups are still taking orders that are wrong.
The people do not know how to make the drinks right! I work at tim hortons so i know how the drinks are supposed to be made and taste..everytime i come to this tim hortons the drink that i order is never made right. They do everything backwords..
Should hire people that want to work. When an employee ask the customer how to make a sandwich it's pretty bad. Then to have an attitude with a customer enough to have that customer leave without an order. SHAME ON YOU! This explains what is wrong today lazy, disrespectful kids. Can't even take an order in a fast food restaurant. I will miss the ham, egg and cheese croissants. But you know what BURGER KING has the same awesome sandwich which I will enjoy from this day forward. Friend was right the place is a joke!! This from someone who worked there for numerous years and left due to disrespect from management. Guess it's TRUE starts at the top.
I go here weekly and during the day the service is absolutely amazing and everything is made perfectly! However anytime after 5 the service is horrible and their attitudes are beyond unacceptable..with over 30 minutes until closed the girl refused to make a black coffee because she had already cleaned.
