Avaliação da contribuiçãoI thought I wrote a review for this place some time ago. I ate here recently for the first time in probably over a year. CV is not the same as they have stopped building their own fish and producing their own hush puppies (this is the story that I have joined together, correct me when I am wrong). I just have to face the facts, it'll never be so good again. What it is now is still pretty good. This place has made Stick Hushpuppies again. They are not quite like those when they had their own plant and they even sold frozen in grocery stores, but they are still quite good. The All You Can Eat Catfish is now $14.95 and if you don't want to drink water, I think that was over $2. So, basically, you look at $20 a person with lace. We can't do that all the time, but it's now and then beautiful. I couldn't remember if CV was playing music in the past, I'd guess if it was Classic Country, but all the time we were just playing Blues music. You've also done some renovation since I was there last time. There are no more lamps with Mason glasses. Same pages. Your fish is longer and thinner. When DB processes their own, I remember that they are always shorter and thicker. If you are longing for a DB with its classic older devices, LeTourneau has this look. If you want DB and more variety, you can go to one of their buffets. I guess that's the only place that keeps Hushpuppies unless someone tells me differently. Anyone I've had in recent years has the ball-hush puppies.
I have fond memories of this place as I used to come here every time I visited my Aunt and Uncle here in Ore City.
Oh my GodThis place is amazingWas not sure what to expect with the location being in the middle of small town East Texas, but I was amazed.
