Chipotle Mexican Grill - Oregon

I enjoyed the quick and efficient service at this restaurant. The staff, especially a friendly short Asian girl, made our food quickly. The customer service was also excellent. It can get quite busy during lunch and dinner hours.

This is the third time we have ordered from this restaurant and they have gotten our order wrong again. It's disappointing that they employ individuals who can't read or are incompetent. I will not be ordering from here again. I wish they would shut down permanently. This review platform is not reliable. All the staff at this restaurant should be fired.

Requesting additional rice feels like you are cutting into their profits. The servings are stingy, so you need to be assertive when asking for more. If you are still not happy, don't hesitate to ask for additional rice. The staff hurry you along the line as fast as they can, which is acceptable if they are being generous with portions, but that is not always the case. The price for a bowl has gone up while the serving sizes have gone down. The employees appear to be unhappy.

Came here after a poor experience at another Chipotle across town. Staff was very nice, gave our food the hookup, and everything was super fresh as well.

WOW!! I just experienced the best service and best food from a restaurant in a long time. Shout out to Tony who went above and beyond. Everyone in my party raved about their food and Tony’s service. When I mentioned to another staff member that I had an allergy Tony jumped in to help and make sure there was no cross-contamination in addition to teaching the new employee the allergy protocol. You are phenomenal Tony! I appreciate you.
