Went in today at 5 PM, there were probably 20 open parking spots and 8 tables sat inside. The hostess was not only rude, but also just made a comment ?we will let you know when it?s ready?, then I asked how long and she said 20-30 minutes, for two people in a restaurant that was QUIET on a Saturday at 5 PM. Yeah, I immediately left and went to Red Robin and got sat immediately and their restaurant was fuller. I even asked if they were understaffed and that just made the hostess upset. Don?t waste your time, the place based on the fading color of the building and the parking lot clearly shows that this is going downhill- and fast.
We called ahead for a large group. When we arrived we were told it would be a 20 minute wait. That turned into 45 minutes stuck out in the cold. Our server forgot many items which he should have written down. The food came out in spurts which delayed our final secession of our celebration. Our tables were not put together so we had to play musical chairs to talk to each other. My ribs had a burnt taste and fries were cold. Cheese was left of off the broccoli, etc.. Refills slow to get.. When you have large groups they should block off sections and be prepared. That wait was totally unacceptable.
Only party of 4 waiting... after hostess asked for a few minutes to check to floor came back indicating that wait time would be 20-30 min clearly seeing more than 4 tables just dirty from the previous parties. Not first time that issue happens. We?ve tried different hours and days. If you are willing to drive best bet is international drive.
I absolutely love this place. By far the best ribs I've ever tasted. The ambience is good, unfortunately had to order it to go because there was no space
