Einstein Bros. Bagels - Orlando

Dirty, lack of cleanliness, terrible! all the tables were dirty, nothing was clean! even the serviette dispenser was dirty. we bought our breakfast, but it returned and requested a refund. it was 8 o'clock in the morning. as a coffee shop it was strange to find it so empty. I guess others were dropped for the same reasons. btw, there was also a dead duck on the parking lot. so sad to see such a great situation so badly gone!

Clean, organized and staff, where helpful. Great bagels have fixed everything for my pleasure. Thanks for patience. Great customer service. Coffee is fresh and tasty

I wish we could give those zero stars. We went at 8:00 a.m. and our bagel wasn't fresh. That was the worst fast food experience. The food was so bad. Dry and stable. We were asked if we wanted to cut the bagels and we said yes and then they gave us it without cutting it. No napkins or utensils were in the bag. They kept us waiting at the station and at the window. That was a total waste of money. Thank God we didn't get more drinks because I'm sure they ruined it. Bad experience.

This is simply the most disgusting Einstein bagels I have been to. Every glass surface including the windows, bagel display cases and drink cases were covered in handprints and oils. Clearly had not been cleaned in a long time and very noticeable. There were lots of empty tables to sit at, but every single one had not been cleaned and was covered in peoples crumbs and cream cheese. Very gross. Trash can area was overflowing and crumbs all over the counter tops. Floors were absolutely filthy. It felt really gross to be in this place and the food showed it too. We were charged EXTRA for the lettuce on the bagel and it was tired, limp, flaccid, and had brown spots on it. Very soggy and not fresh. I felt like I needed to shower after being in there. We had somebody cut us in line too, very obviously, and the staff let it happen. Employees are all stuck in covid times and still wearing masks. Can?t hear what anyone is saying and everything is frustratingly muffled. I would be embarrassed to be the manager of this establishment.
