We were there for mother's day brunch. Overall a nice experience but service was not as good or as prompt as it should have been for the price. One mimosa as courtesy for mother would have been a nice touch, ended up paying $14.00 for one and it took too long to get ready. Our waiter did not come around often enough to pick up empty plates and provide water refills.
Amazing meal and service. A for presentation and the filet mignon could be cut with a butter knife. We so enjoyed the evening and the conversations with the staff and management. Very personal experience. We were told the restaurant, normally, has been closed but they decided to do Valentine's day. With that they will be doing an Easter Brunch and a Saturday night before Mother's Day wine evening. We were told that regular evening dining would not be available until possibly the fall. So if you have a chance and can make one of the special events happen you will not be disappointed at all.
Everything was very good, but the service was not 5 stars. they took our plate w/ food still on it. had to ask for a lot of things. not a lot of attention, which is ok, but they do need to pay a little more and ask if everything is ok and if you need anything. service was the biggest part that was lacking. again..not awful but thought I should bring it to your attention. this was NYE dinner. thanks
We had a 2:45 reservation for Thanksgiving and by 3:10, the omelette bar and carved station were already closed. It was disappointing! We expressed our concern and asked why they accepted a 2:45 reservation, to which the manager explained that his staff had closed early. Ultimately, he comped our dinner.
