Panera Bread - Orlando

It's always a good restaurant chain. But after eating in this particular I got a heavy food poisoning and was really bad for a few days, possible some contaminated/spoiled food or milk in food.

Every time I order this restaurant, there's a problem. I usually only torment it as a loss, but it must be so annoying, I will never order from here again. It's not all the paneras I have a problem with, just those on OBT. I ordered a 20oz coffee, got a cup the size of my hand. Ordered a tailor-made breakfast sandwich, they completely neglected to look at my grades. Usually my drink is not even delivered. If I don't ask for ice, I'll get extra if I ask my bagels to be roasted, they won't kill them. There's always something wrong with my order from this place. Hire people who care should help you stay in business.

Unfortunately, the Lady Manager did not address our question about a smoothie and served the amount (significantly low) in respectful manner. She used sarcasm when talking to us, the customer. This is the first time we get this terrible service in Panera. Customers should be treated respectfully by this manager who would have recognized their lack of manners and quality service professionally.

Terrible manager! I complained because I paid $6 for what's already a little mango smoothie. But when I got it, it was missing considerably. See picture. So I complained and asked for a full-fledged cup I paid for. The woman behind the counter explained that these are the parts that they are only needed to make it to the first line. (Who was not even on the first line). I said I didn't agree it was too empty. I wondered to talk to a manager and she said sarcastically?hi, how can I help you?!? After my meal I asked another employee when there was another manager and talked to him. It is not necessary to talk to such a customer! I wanted to place an order. Sure enough served the problem manager of the soup and set it aside. Server someone else, and then waited a moment only to plopen the order on the counter, and went away. Very good! So I told her she has terrible customer service. She should find another job I said. Then she went on to argue with me and give me more rude comments! Incredible!!! The food is mediocre and expensive, and on this terrible service?!? Incredible!!!

If you are looking for a healthy lunch. This place is amazing and so good. I got the chicken apple salad and it was very good.
