The dishes are well presented, fine in the mouth and delicious. The choice of dishes is quite limited, but only understand good! The selected wines are well suited to pkats and are available for glass or bottle. In addition the reception and service are very friendly and friendly. We just waited a bit between the dishes, but these are very understandable in the light of the weakening and the care given to the kitchen. I advise you to book if you want to be sure to have a room or terrace. A restaurant to be tested if you pass through Orléans!

Back to the Eclat des Saveurs that changed the manager and the name. Even decor, flavours (even chef), wine map, but prices have made huge leaps; friendly welcome, but without the natural and authentic knowledge and being of the former boss. New concept (which is not really one) not in coherence with places. Did not find the spirit or harmony of the previous sign. Anyway, not yet convinced by this new restaurant that's looking for itself. 3 stars for encouragement
