Taco Bell - Ormond Beach

We visited the drive-thru late at night, and I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh and hot the food was, and it was ready in no time. To top it off, they included six extra hard-shell tacos for free!

I misunderstood my order and went back to talk to the managers. Unfortunately, they raised their voices and were reluctant to make a replacement. I understand they were under pressure, but it still wasn't a pleasant experience.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. The service was poor, and they brought me the wrong dish. When I attempted to resolve the issue, they insisted on charging me for the correct meal. I returned the incorrect item, but it seemed like they were neglecting health and safety protocols, particularly in light of COVID concerns. Ultimately, I ended up eating what they served, but it was disappointing. They should have managed the situation much more effectively from the beginning.

We dined at this restaurant tonight and noticed that the only staff member who remained calm and professional was a young man we believe was named Burtis. Unfortunately, the so-called manager was quite rude, not just to the staff but to customers as well. The girl working the drive-thru seemed indifferent, as she just played with her nails instead of attending to orders. It took over 30 minutes to receive our food, and we even had to grab our own drink cups. From now on, we'll be heading to our local Mexican restaurant for tacos; it would have been cheaper and offered much better service.

I had a great experience with the crunchy beef tacos, which were generously filled. The service from Mable was exceptional. I visit Taco Bell locations frequently throughout the area, but this one stands out as my best experience so far. I definitely plan on coming back!
