The breakfast, from my point of view, excellent and varied, the emphasis is on the quality of the ingredients and not the quantity, home-made products with quality ingredients and a special taste (not recommended for those who want to fill their plate to the sky). Yogurt served a treat. Products from your own garden or locally grown naturally (I saw the garden). The lunch is also very tasty. You can see the team's passion and involvement. The room is clean, he sleeps well. The one with a view of the garden and the mountain was to our liking because every morning the birds sang for us. First time I’m staying at a place that says it cares about sustainability and actually air drying their laundry. Such a small detail but it really encompasses this place’s goal which can be seen in every little detail like this one.
