Hard Rock Cafe Oslo

The server was absolutely amazing, but the headmaster seemed like she was trying to drive us all together! a big head up for the server, a big head down for the curly head master!

I've been waiting for a table for over 20 minutes. I was first in the line, there were many people from the restaurant. After 20 minutes I sat outside and on the dirty table, even there was a peace with paper that said it was cleaned and I waited for 20 minutes. I asked the waitress if I could get the menu and she said everything was online. Why first? when I ordered, everything came at the same time, appetizer and meal. when I ate the half of my starter, my burger was already cold nice staff, eating was ok, but nothing special. next time I will choose different restaurant

That was delicious. I just missed the hard rock environment, like the decorations, maybe because we stayed in the barroom.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed by my visit at oslo hard rock caffe. according to my experience in whole Europe, from Austria, Czech, italian, france, Germany etc. that is the weakest in the chain. when they finally opened after the last COVID-19 graduating in oslo, I could not wait for a visit and then. nothing. first we wait for the road around 15 minutes and they told us that someone came for us, but nothing happened, so I decided to check with waitress inside and get a table for us. some people who waited before us, within 10 minutes after us came the personal was beautiful, but without experience and totally confused, they gave our food too table near us and also drink, they forget our cocktail order . Not like the dinge on hard rocks are in the rule: friendly, open, crazy, but professional and with posture. the biggest was disappointed when they told us that they did not serve jumbo combo, as well as the waitress never belonged to jumbo combo at the end were the burgers we ate, also good and afteros, but finally. they deserve only a star

Very happy with eating (like I gluten-free alergic, taste gluten-free options large cheeseburger and beer) and very happy with our czech mate waiter
