Meet Fresh (ottawa)

I ordered on their website for pickup several times. Each time has been great until today, March 23, 8:40 pm. I ordered TWO hot taro ball max and one HOT Ube fresh milk with purple rice. First, they told me order is ready, then I went to pick up, saw only ONE hot taro ball max with drink, so I asked for the second one on the spot. After I got home, I noticed that both taro ball max are missing TARO BALL and the drink is COLD full of ice which I can't drink, since I'm sick. I was so looking forward to the food tonight as my comfort food, but ended up with huge disappointment. And they have sticker on the food said if you have concerns call us, and my call got hanged up. What a Joke!Updated my review from 2 stars to 4 stars on March 28, 2023. I did receive the credit refunds and the one free item coupon (unfortunately not able to redeem the coupon in Ottawa Store, can someone fix it? Thank you) in my account. I am glad the owner cares about their business and stands by their service.

I need to be fair. My rating might be irrelevant, What they are offering is not something an average Mediterranean world like. I don’t understand the concept of shaved ice with some mochi on the top for 11 dollars. I think it’s good for relevant people as most of their best sellers were sold out. The place is simple and clean, but the staff need training. The wooden stools are anything but comfy. I wish them all the best.

Got the strawberry treasure cup... would have been fine if the whipped cream everyrhing was smothered in wasnt salty.I don't know if they mixed up the salt and sugar or what but it was very gross.

One of the best places in Ottawa for Asian style desserts! Pictured below are the signature icy grass jelly and brown sugar treasure ice 2. The desserts were absolutely delicious as always and they provide board games to play with friends. We will definitely be going back!

Great Asian style deserts! Try the almond soup or tofu pudding! Or go for one of the uncommon bubble tea flavours. I love the fresh corn milk. There's a chatime next door, try something you haven't here!
