Jimmy John's - Ottumwa

3rd time in a row Turkey Tom ordered without tomatoes and mayonnaise....every time we get home (30 min drive) my wife discovers her Turkey Tom has mayonnaise. Ruins it unfortunately. Triple confirm orders if out of the ordinary.

I was extremely impressed with the customer service I received today. The lady taking my order went above and beyond to get my order delivered. I highly recommend.

One of the worst restaurants we have ever eaten at.the bread was chewy and disgusting and outrageous pricing for their food.they couldnt even get our order straight and the management or corporate was no help at all Do not go there!!!!!

Wrong chips and wrong sandwich size. Not even busy at that time.

I absolutely love Jimmy Johns!! It's become my new favorite food addiction. They have great service and are quick and the bread is amazing!! I have to get two sandwiches every time I go because I know I'll want the other one later. I've gotten my boyfriend on this kick as well, so that's four sandwiches every time, $35 well spent.. And idk who was making sandwiches today, but they did a superb job!! Probably the best sandwiches I've ever gotten, and I'm already hooked, but the quality of my sandwiches today is the only reason I got on to leave this review.. great job whoever you are!! I've been wanting a sandwich since my birthday two days ago, finally went to get them, and they are phenomenal, so thank you, thank you, thank you!! Thick sliced pickles???
