Joy Wok Super Buffet - Overland Park

We do not visit this place on Sunday at least once a month because we do not want the crab legs. Saturday early afternoons and the food is amazing every time.. You can see how steam comes from all fresh foods. The Hibachi Grill is great. Very good for a buffet....

Joy wok is a nice place. A lot more clean than other restaurants and the food is lighter. Lots of variety and they keep things more fresh not old and dried out burnt like other places. Nice big restaurant with tables and booths. Lots of seating. Fountain. Our server was super cool. Genuine person. Smiled a lot and seemed to enjoy his job. We took my brother here for his Birthday at his request, thanks Joy Wok for the new restaurant experience and for our Birthday fun. We will be back again! :

Lots and lots of options here. I never went before they reopened at the new location, but loved the vast array of food here from sushi to sashimi, clams to shrimp, a full Mongolian grill to make your own plate. Even fruit and my favorite mango jello. Oh and the crab Rangoon and the mushrooms are awesome! Highly recommend checking out their new location. Tried the hibachi grill today. It was excellent as well! In some of the pictures you can see my raw food and the finished product after it was cooked.

I give this place 4.5 stars. This experience was one of the best I've experienced at a Chinese buffet. The staff was nice. The place is huge and clean. The food was HOT. Fresh. Everything tasted good except for a couple items that I personally felt were a little greasy. Nice selection of sushi. Fruit was fresh and sweet! My boyfriend and I were pleasantly surprised. We WILL be back!
