Mcdonald's - Overland Park

I know it's mcdonalds, but it was lame. they are terrible, dry, tasteless and even with soak they lacked any taste. also the personal at these places grows. at least, thank you or have a good day. my $20 worth eating may not seem so much, but I worked hard for it and I would appreciate a simple thanks for the choice of mcdonald 's all once in a because.

RUDE STAFF!!!!/MANAGER!!!App was not working right so I went In to see what the issue was. Spoke to the manager and she was rude and acted like I was bothering her because I wanted my rewards. She said oh well nothing we can do and just walked away. Mind you she had no name tag or anything to indicate she was a manager or who she is at all!!! Bottom line manager or not customer service isn 't good and they need to name tags so we can identify who is who in the building!! Otherwise I could be asking a dishwasher for help and of course he wouldn 't be able to help me.

Placed a mobile ordered and paid but when I went to the window was told I did not pay even though I showed proof of payment. After arguing for 10 minutes and showing proof I paid, they refused to get me my food that I paid for and tried to get me to pay twice. Both the manager and cashier acted like I was dumb. They also spoke Spanish and called me a stupid white when they thought I could not understand them I left without getting my food.

I never leave negative reviews, but this was disgusting. Taking a bite of a quarter pounder and there was left a left over wax patty wrapper melted onto the cheese and burger. When I called their first solution was to make a new sandwich. Absolutely not, I 'm disgusted the last thing I want is a new sandwich. Manager was condescending when I addressed it with her, she didn 't care. No empathy no apology, just well we can make another sandwich . I understand mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was unacceptable. It shows how poorly trained the staff and management is. Try to avoid this location. Maybe you 'll have better luck elsewhere.

McDonalds is McDonalds, what can I say. Some places my serve faster than others but the food taste the same.
