Mcdonald's - Overland Park

Possibly the best mcdonald’s I had in a long time. I have a crispy chicken deluxe meal and the chicken hardly fits into the box (no complaining). my order was fast, fresh, correct and the staff were friendly. I wouldn't have asked anything else.

This particular situation is still a bastion worse experiences. we go there, because they are routinely able to properly clink happy meal times, but they are screwing up everything that is not a happy meal about 75% of the time. great as a fast, though not particularly healthy meal for children, but their order will be at least 1 screwed article 3 from 4 times when they order something else on the menu.

Eating was hot and fresh. the service was fast. would have received 5 stars except that they go super light on the seasoned. would like to have the usual amount of screed, ketchup and pickles on my burger. the super cheap mcchicken sandwich was made better than the burger.

I know it's mcdonalds, but it was lame. they are terrible, dry, tasteless and even with soak they lacked any taste. also the personal at these places grows. at least, thank you or have a good day. my $20 worth eating may not seem so much, but I worked hard for it and I would appreciate a simple thanks for the choice of mcdonald 's all once in a because.

RUDE STAFF!!!!/MANAGER!!!App was not working right so I went In to see what the issue was. Spoke to the manager and she was rude and acted like I was bothering her because I wanted my rewards. She said oh well nothing we can do and just walked away. Mind you she had no name tag or anything to indicate she was a manager or who she is at all!!! Bottom line manager or not customer service isn 't good and they need to name tags so we can identify who is who in the building!! Otherwise I could be asking a dishwasher for help and of course he wouldn 't be able to help me.
