Panera Bread - Overland Park

This place has the slowest service I've ever experienced. If you plan to use the drive-thru, be prepared to wait about 20 minutes, and even if you go inside to order, it will still take them around 20 minutes to get your food ready. When I inquired about my order, the staff member mistook it for someone else's. Ultimately, when they called out my last name, I realized it was mine. If you're not willing to wait 20 minutes for your food, I'd recommend going somewhere else. Also, the prices are getting ridiculous; I'm now seeing charges close to $15 for a simple meal, which is outrageous.

I frequently order Panera coffee, and it’s typically good at other locations. However, I just tried the iced coffee here, and it tasted like dirty water with barely any coffee flavor.

I have to say that none of my last three visits this year have been positive experiences. There always seems to be something off — whether it's the order being incorrect, the portion sizes being inadequate, or just not enough chicken. The food itself tastes good, but the numerous issues have overshadowed that for me. I'm afraid this is where I draw the line. I can't keep spending my money at a place that struggles with consistency.

I ordered two of the Napa Mandel Chicken Salad sandwiches for a light dinner tonight. This sandwich should be raised without antibiotics with fenced celery, seedless grapes, roasted almonds and special dressing, and served with emerald green salad, ... When I came home, I realized that I had two Tuna Salad sandwiches special recipe tuna salad, emerald green, vine ripe tomatoes, red onions, salt and pepper on Black Pepperocca Foccacia. Ingredients. Red onions. Salt... There is a big difference between these two sandwiches and employees should know the difference! I tried not to use the restaurant. Unfortunately, this Panera is among the usual standards of other Panera 's. Not here!

I have never been disappointed with a Panera. The employees didn't seem like customers were a priority, they gave me a dry salad with no dressing, they left ingredients off my sandwich, gave me the wrong side item, and the place did not appear very clean. I only give them the second star because the food was edible.
