Jimmy John's - Owatonna

I 've been to the JJ about 6 or 7 times now, and I would say out of those about 5 times, they have gotten my order wrong. Including most recently an online order put in a half hour ahead for 11am. I 've honesty just given up and begun calling it that JJ ... rather use the one in Faribault if I can.

Ordered $50 worth of food at 448 pm tracking app said it was delivered at 5:00pm opened my door to get it and it wasn’t there, called the store and according to the manager she couldn’t find my address it was directing to an alley. No one called us to let us know manager said she would send her out again. It’s now a hour since I ordered and I’m still waiting.

The food comes with great deal soda , chips and cookies. There is gluten free options to sandwich into wrap. The service is fantastic. The ambiance so friendly.

Definitely NOT freaky fast for being the only people there and no other orders being made, we waited far too long.

Love their food and friendly service but they had given me the wrong order and replaced it with no problems. Thank you.
