Mcdonald's - Owego

The service was quick and the staff was very friendly! The food was ideal for a quick meal. Did they have any complaints?

The dining experience is consistently excellent. The portion sizes are quite generous. In fact, I believe McDonald's provides more food for the price compared to any other fast food chain.

This is probably the slowest ride I've ever experienced, and I'm a local (having lived here for 25 years). I've been coming here for years, and it has always been slow.

Customer service is ridiculous. I was told “they are too busy to take my order” and “they will get to me when they get to me” meanwhile the drive thru and restaurant was empty. Was not even acknowledged when i was standing at the order counter and proceeded to wait for 10 minutes before they told me they couldn’t take my order. absolutely ridiculous.

If it's simple basic orders and during slow hours you might get a hot correct order.... got a burger without the meat but clearly ordered a regular burger and forget about handing them exact change with more bills than the total, they don't know how to work a register to do the math to avoid getting coin change...
