Jimmy John's - Owosso

We've been making deliveries since we renovate and they're here fast. the food was made great and nothing was as delicate as a few other places. our driver was also very friendly.

It was good, but the beef sub that I ordered was actually a sandwich. Yummy, but not the sub that I was looking forward to. The salt and vinegar chips are very tasty and crunchy.

Ordered my food through the drive thru. Ordering was fine but it took a while. My issue is, my food was brought out by an older woman that had food all over her face. She was eating while making my food. I have it on video. I had already paid for my food and wanted to get this woman out of my sight. As she was bagging my food, she had lettuce hanging from her mouth and smiling with more food in her teeth. I’ve been in the restaurant business for over 25 years and this is one of the most disgusting things I’ve ever seen. I now have 2 sandwiches that I DO NOT want to eat due to revolting hygiene.
