The restaurant prioritizes delivery speed above all else. The rice for the soup is pre-prepared, often varying in dryness. Sometimes it arrives so dry that it crunches in your mouth even after soaking in the soup. The rolls are decent, but they don't know how to make sushi—again, the rice is poorly handled, and the sushi is shaped in such a way that it's difficult to pick up with chopsticks; you might as well eat it with a fork. They take shortcuts in their preparation, which is quite noticeable. The stir-fries are small, with meat mostly at the bottom, consisting of only 5-6 tiny cubes, not even proper pieces. The only redeeming quality is the good shrimp, although last time there was a piece of chitin floating in the soup. If the prices were 30% lower, it would be more acceptable since they deliver quickly, resembling more of a fast food joint than a restaurant. But at full price, it just doesn't cut it.

The noodles weren't very tasty, and the sushi was just acceptable.

This is the worst miso soup I have ever tried, and it's a real art to ruin miso. The tofu disintegrates, and the mushrooms are bitter. The rolls are stuck to the box. It's unjustifiably expensive, and the food is mediocre. I just hope I don't get food poisoning.
