The hospitality standards were high. They were actively helping us out with the choices on the menu. The servings were delayed, and I felt they were understaffed. The food taste on the main course was phenomenal. However, it's a thumbs down for the Manchow soup, and the taste was throat burning gingery. The starter, too, was a disappointment. It did not taste nor look like cheese sticks. Ambience was just perfect.

Room service was not provided. The room was not clean, the manager was rude. Was asking to pay before check-in. Was charging Rs 500 for extra mattress.The food was as bad as it has ever been .When informed that the food was smelled , the manager started giving excuses but did not mean it.

Food quality is very good but one suggestion you should increase waiters as I am waiting here since 2 hours for my order please add more staff so customer don't need to wait for order for so long or simply ask them we are full today it will take long time as usual so customer can go somewhere else

Room was very comfortable and clean...Room service was good.and food test is very good.... overall very good.....thanks b l palace staff...

It's good place to go with the family there is bar also for who drink . Taste of food is good.u see variety of dishes in their menu
