Charlie Parker's - Paddington (NSW)

I went three times during the Merivale 50% off, I absolutely loved it and will continue to go back. Lovely bar, great atmosphere and delicious drinks menu. I highly recommend booking as it gets extremely busy in there. Bar staff are very friendly. You can either order at the bar but also have the option of table service for your drinks. One of the best bars ive been to in a long time.

I have visited this restaurant a few times for drinks and small bites. The service is consistently excellent. I must say, the eggplant sandwich is the most delicious thing I have ever tried. It may not look fancy, but believe me, it was absolutely divine!

I am a big fan of Charlie Parker's. The restaurant is located underground, beneath another restaurant, and I was incredibly impressed with the entire setup. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the vibe of the place was really good. The service was exceptional - our waiter made great recommendations, all of which we ended up loving. We tried the smoked eel croquettes with horseradish and lemon, the beef tartare, pane carasau with Caesar dressing, and the selection of charcuterie with pickles. Each dish was unique and fresh, and I would definitely go back again.

I recently tried some smoked eel croquettes and a Negroni at Negroni Week at a great little bar in Paddington. They have a fantastic cocktail menu and bar menu. I highly recommend this place.
