Avaliação da contribuiçãoThe pad thai at this restaurant is excellent! Every ingredient in the dish was fresh and full of flavor. Additionally, Ms. Rida served a delightful appetizer that was absolutely delicious - the fried cassava! It was light and crispy, with a perfect blend of natural sweetness that paired well with the pesto dip. Another appetizer I tried was the pita bread and hummus dip, which had a spicy kick and was incredibly tasty. It paired well with the cassava too! I wish I had more time to try other dishes because I could tell that anyone who visits this cafe will not be disappointed. It's worth the drive, walk, or tricycle ride to get there. Many of the ingredients are sourced fresh from the garden, especially the variety of herbs. I tried a leaf of Java mint and was pleasantly surprised by its strong minty flavor. Another herb in the garden is tarragon, which Ms. Rida uses to make a refreshing tarragon drink that is naturally sweet and incredibly refreshing - I must have had a whole pitcher of it, it was that good! Especially on a hot day. Don't miss out on the delicious food and the charming ambiance. When I visited in the late afternoon, the soft lights hanging from the trees and vines created a lovely atmosphere as it got dark. Thank you to Ms. Rida and her husband for providing such a wonderful experience!
The Pad Thai at Mabuhaytai Garden is amazing! It's authentic, delicious, and most importantly, healthy. For those seeking healthier vegan/vegetarian options, it's definitely worth the trip from Lucena. The ambiance at the restaurant is also very refreshing. Great job, Mabuhaytai Garden!
