Mountain Falls Grill Room - Pahrump

The Grille Room is truly a hidden gem. I think any negative reviews stem from the entitled customers in Pahrump, who can often be rude, demanding, and self-centered. I'm glad to see they are no longer dining there, as it allows kind, generous, and appreciative guests to enjoy this fantastic restaurant, its staff, and the bar.

I've lived in Pahrump for many years and used to visit the Grill Room frequently. However, after a very rude encounter with a young blonde hostess/waitress last week, I won’t be returning. Her dismissive and condescending attitude did not make for a pleasant experience, and I don't think she should represent the restaurant. Additionally, I've noticed that both the service and the quality of the food have declined significantly over the past year.

Food is great, service not, been there many times, had bad service 3 times ,had to walk out this last time. One waitress, one on lunch, 2 bartenders cutting flowers, not busy at all bad management, bartender should of been covering for waitress on lunch. I live at Mt falls not happy.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover this charming restaurant situated in the heart of Pahrump. The prices were incredibly reasonable, the quality was on par with much more expensive establishments, and the service exceeded that of even the finest cruise ships. I'm eagerly anticipating my next visit to this golf course and grill room. I can't believe I only paid $1.40 for one of the best Bloody Marys I've ever had. The atmosphere was warm and family-friendly, making this exactly the kind of place I dream of retiring to.

The food here is fantastic, but the service leaves much to be desired. I've experienced poor service on three different occasions, with my latest visit for takeout being particularly disappointing. There was one waitress on lunch and two bartenders cutting flowers, yet the restaurant was not busy at all. This really reflects poor management. Bartenders should be available to support waitstaff during their breaks. Overall, I'm quite unhappy with this experience.
