Cold Rock Ice Creamery Pakenham

Have been a regular customer but always ordered online. Went to the store for the first time yesterday felt sick after seeing the poor food handling practices. The guy serving didn't have gloves, holding the cones in his bare hands. He dropped some ice cream, cleaned it with a rag then washed his hands, however started serving without drying them resulting in water dripping all over the icecream in the display fridge whilst he was preparing someone's order. This happened within 5 min I was there, worries me to think what else happens when no one is watching. I'll never be going back. The ice cream was 40 dollars and it was mouldy guy refused to give a refund and it also was tiny go here if you want to get ripped off Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Extremely ordinary ice cream at exorbitant prices. The pistachio ice cream was almost devoid of flavor. Definitely not worth going back.

The guy at the front is rude. Needs to know what Customer service is. Looking at other reviews and same experience. The mix-ins were not proper and seemed like a total rip-off. Other branches are better but this one definitely not recommended. Never again.
